Every day, we look into ways to improve your experience with us. And for us, this means finding new ways to make your account management processes easier.

Today, we’re announcing a new way to easily link your driver account to a new fleet partner in case needed. Moving forward, this is a change that you will be able to do self-service and directly from your app in a convenient, safe and quick way.

How it works

    1. Look for your “Change Partner” section. From the “Help” section of the last version of our driver app, select “Account and Payment”, “Managing drivers and Fleet Partners” and “Change Partner”.

 

  • Enter new partner info. Add the email and phone number linked to your new partner’s account.
  • All set! Wait for the confirmation message for this change. Your previous and new partners will also receive a message.

 

If you’re having trouble to process this change for any reason, you will have the option to directly contact our customer support team who can provide specialized help
