Today, we’re announcing a new way to easily link your driver account to a new fleet partner in case needed. Moving forward, this is a change that you will be able to do self-service and directly from your app in a convenient, safe and quick way.
How it works

- Look for your “Change Partner” section. From the “Help” section of the last version of our driver app, select “Account and Payment”, “Managing drivers and Fleet Partners” and “Change Partner”.
- Enter new partner info. Add the email and phone number linked to your new partner’s account.
- All set! Wait for the confirmation message for this change. Your previous and new partners will also receive a message.
If you’re having trouble to process this change for any reason, you will have the option to directly contact our customer support team who can provide specialized help
