The Rum Cake Factory is the brainchild of Shirley Vilain, a vision motivated by her passion for food and service at its highest standard. Shirley is also the founder of “Quick Gourmet” a highly regarded catering service. Trained at the New School for Culinary Arts in New York City, she has 27 years of experience in the Food and Service Industries under her belt.

Term and Conditions of the Promotion "UberDadTT"
These terms and conditions regulate the participation of any person who meets the requirements described below (the “Participant” or “Participants”) in the promotion that we have organized Uber BV with address at Vijzelstraat 68, 1017 HL Amsterdam, The Netherlands, (the “Organizer”), to win the promotion incentives “Father’s Day 2017 (the” Promotion “) described below.

In order to be one of the Participants, it is necessary to comply with the following:

Validity, Limitations and Restrictions of the Promotion
1. The promotion begins from June 16 from 09:00 am until June 19 12:00 pm
2. The Participants may only be individuals, adults, who have requested trips through the Uber App
3. 5 cakes will be delivered on June 19 from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm to 5 participants that comply with the above mentioned requirements and only they may participate in the promotion mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
Geographical coverage of the Promotion

Promotion without obligation to purchase. Promotion valid for Port of Spain, Trinidad from June 16, 2017 from 08:00 until June 19 at 12:00, for the first 5 participants to correctly posts their photographs to social media networks using the hashtag #UberDadTT. The winners will be notified by telephone, according to the data made available. Delivery of the cakes will commence on Monday, June 19, 2017 at the address that will be establish though the phone call.

1.
