Uber Comfort – a new service available in Bratislava

Starting tomorrow, the 7th of November, 2019, we are introducing a new service in Bratislava – Comfort which will allow riders to choose higher class vehicles and for drivers to earn even more.

Uber Comfort will be available to all drivers who have higher class vehicles, at least 250 completed trips and an average rating above 4.9. *

The prices for Uber Comfort rides are higher and shown below compared to prices for UberX.

As before, you will continue to receive requests for UberX rides to maximize your time spent online.

When selecting a Comfort ride, riders can choose their special wishes for the ride.  This will allow riders to convey to you whether they prefer the temperature in the vehicle to be cold, cool, warm or hot, or whether they are in the mood to talk while riding or not. To be sure that you’re providing the best quality of the service, using this feature you can see in every moment what your rider expects from the service you will provide.
