Earlier this month, we had coffee chats with our top Comfort Cabbies and asked them to share their stories and tips on driving!
Meet Mr Sng Tian Huey
Mr Sng was one of the first driver-partners from ComfortDelGro to join UberFLASH. In just one month, he has managed to complete over 700 trips with an impressive rating of 4.91 stars and 99% Acceptance Rate. Having been a Comfort Cabbie since 2006, it’s no surprise he loves to meet new people and enjoys sending his riders to their destination safely.
What is one memorable experience you’ve had as a driver?
“I once picked up a rider from the hospital who needed help as he had lost the use of both legs. As he was alone, I helped him out by carrying him to the wheelchair. He was so grateful that he offered to pay extra, which I declined. It reminded me of how small efforts could mean so much to others, and I was delighted to be able to help.”

Meet Mr Tan Boon Hian
Mr Tan has been driving for almost 12 years and is still as passionate about it! Since the launch of UberFLASH, he has completed 640 trips with an excellent rating of 4.88 stars and a 96% Acceptance Rate.
We see that you have an impressive rating of 4.88 stars. How do you maintain such high ratings?
‘Being friendly and polite is key to getting good ratings! When I pick the rider up, I will immediately give them a friendly greeting and ask them how was their day. For those who need a listening ear or advice on anything, I am open to hearing and always try my best to give them good advice.’

‘Mr Tan is friendly and helpful!’, ‘He was very nice and friendly. He even sang a birthday song for my friend after knowing it was her birthday!’, ‘I had a very pleasant ride. Mr Tan was very courteous too!’’
Meet Mr Lim Chee Chin
Since the year 1999, Mr Lim has been on the roads driving riders to their destinations safety. He loves driving as it allows him to move around and meet new people along the way. In just one month with UberFLASH, Mr Lim has already completed over 780 trips. He also has a remarkable star rating of 4.84 and Acceptance rate of 100%!
Your Acceptance Rate (AR) of 100% is really superb! How do you maintain such a high AR?
‘When I am working, I try my best to be the best at it. There is no need to waste time to cherry pick riders or trips as every job is a job.’
