In the spirit of the Holy Month, we’ve teamed up with our friends at E7twa22 Volunteering Group, an initiative supported by the Princess Alanoud Charity Foundation Fund, to help you donate clothing to a local donation center.
Take some time to clean out your closets and gather gently-used clothing you no longer need and request ‘UberKASWA’ on Saturday, June 18th. We’ll collect your clothing donation for free and they will be donated to families in need for Eid.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Bag your jackets, shirts, pants, blouses, and other clothing items
- Open the Uber app between 2pm and 6pm on Saturday, June 18
- Request UberKASWA at the bottom of the screen
- An Uber driver-partner will arrive to collect your donations and drop them off at Et7wa22
- Collection of your gently used clothes is completely FREE
THE DETAILS:
- Available in Riyadh only
- We can only accept clothing donations if they’re bagged
- Our driver-partners can’t leave their cars unattended, please meet them curbside with your donations
- While you probably have other great items to donate, we’re only accepting clothing for this drive
- Demand will be high, so please be patient
