Promotion terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the first two discounted rides within Romania.

1. Definitions

1.1 The following words and phrases have the meanings shown next to them:

1.1.1 “Uber” means UBER BV filiala Bucuresti and/or the Uber applications, websites, content, products, and services enabling access to request transportation and/or logistics services with independent third party providers of such services. Uber is the Promoter of this promotion.

1.1.2 “User” means the holder of an eligible Uber account

1.1.3 “Rides” mean journeys booked using the Uber app in Romania

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Only users who have received communication from CCC CLUB, featuring a discount for the first two rides with Uber are eligible for the promotion. To benefit from the promotion:

3.1. Offers apply to using the Uber app for any product available in the app. They can’t be used in conjunction with any other Uber offer or promotion.

3.2 Offer gives you a discount on rides in the cities in Romania where Uber is available. The discount amount is equal to 80% off for the first 2 rides, maximum 25 lei per trip.

The discounted ride must be within administrative borders of the cities where Uber is available and is subject to the availability of Uber driver-partners.

3.3 The maximum value of the discount is 80% off for the first 2 rides, maximum 25 lei per ride. 

3.4 Discount will apply only to the first two rides with Uber only for new users. The next rides will be charged to your eligible payment method according to the trip cost.

3.5 A discounted ride can’t be sold or transferred, or otherwise redeemed for cash.

3.6 The offer is valid from 03.03.2025 until 31.05.2025, 23:55, unless all codes are used before that date.

4.1 If you have questions related to the promo code use, Uber, or your use of the Uber service or app, please contact Uber’s customer services via in-app support in the Uber app or at https:/help.uber.com/.

4.2 If you think you’ve been charged incorrectly when you were eligible for a discounted ride, please get in touch with Uber. Uber’s own terms apply to your use of the Uber app.

4.3 Uber reserves the right to change or terminate the promotion terms at any time before the end date at its sole discretion.
