Your responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing Uber Brașov’s events strategy. This means that you will:
- Identify the most important events & venues to partner with;
- Reach out to possible partners, negotiate deals & close partnerships;
- Keep in touch with our partners;
- Represent Uber at the most important events in town;
- Work closely with Uber Romania’s Marketing team.
You are…
- Born to network and negotiate. If there’s a major event in Brașov, you know about it and know how to get an invitation and build your contact list.
- A people person with persuasive communication skills and you have what it takes to interact with people and win over strangers. Awkward is not how your friends would describe you!
- A sales person. If there is one person out there that could sell ice to eskimos, it is you. And everybody knows this, you are the most convincing person in your group.
- An exceptional communicator, both verbal and in writing. You are comfortable to giving a 30-seconds Uber elevator pitch to a stranger, cold-calling festivals or events and you are able to communicate to different types your audiences and adapt your message
- A doer. You are always on the move: dynamic, active, energetic. You love to make things happen and build something out of nothing and you do not take no for an answer
Background – we have:
- Relevant experience in event & account management (min 3 years)
- The ability to work under very tight timelines without compromising quality
- Strong sales & organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet targets
- + You are ready to dedicate the next 3 months for a challenging project
