How to receive reimbursement for disinfectant, mask and screen purchases

We know that your safety depends now on safety precautions you take up to minimize the risk of infection. In many areas disinfectants, masks or car protection screens may be expensive – we want to help you supply with sanitiser gels and liquids to keep your hands and your car clean, therefore we will reimburse you for your purchase.
How does reimbursement work?
Reimbursement covers disinfectants needed to keep your hands and your car clean (we recommend sprays as they are more practical in keeping door handles and other parts of the car people often touch clean), as well as face masks and car screens. You decide what you want to be reimbursed for.
You can apply for it only once – reimbursement may cover supplies bought in the last 30 days as well as new purchases you plan to make.
To submit your request send us photo or scan of purchase receipt / invoice via submission form. Please remember to jot down your name on the proof of purchase. 
Maximum reimbursement amount is 50 PLN paid as a one-off coverage for either of the above mentioned supplies purchased by you.
Once your submission’s verified, your Partner will receive the payment in 7 working days.
Remember, this is meant to be a financial aid to drivers who have already paid for or plan to pay for supplies to keep their vehicles clean. Please apply for reimbursement responsibly – we may block accounts if fraud is detected.
What are the conditions of reimbursement?
First of all, you need to attach a proof of purchase with your name handwritten on it with the purchase date of March 1,  2020 the earliest; remember, this is a one-off support. 
You need to have at least 1 completed trip in the last 7 days.
You need to have at least 50 completed lifetime trips.
You have created your account March 16, 2020 the latest.
