Your fare estimate presented upon the request of the trip was made taking into account the circumstances that were applicable at the time of you inserted the address of your destination to request the fare estimation for your trip. The fare estimate is calculated based on several factors, such as time, distance, geographical zones, hours of the day, traffic conditions, demand, availability of cars, etc.
Exceptionally on rare occasions, if significant changes occur in the above mentioned circumstances, your fare estimation may be adjusted at the end of your trip resulting in a slightly different final fare. This can result in scenarios that your final fare is either lower or higher than the fare estimate presented upon the request of the trip. Such changes in the circumstances might include but not be limited to:
- The actual time of the trip differs from the estimated time (for example if traffic conditions significantly change during the trip); and/or
- The actual distance of the trip differs from the estimated distance (for example the driver has to take a deviation due to traffic/weather conditions or due to unexpected road closures, traffic incidents);
- You as a rider instruct the driver to take a detour and you do not record the detour or destination in the App as a result of which the actual time and/or distance of the trip differs from the estimation upon the request of the trip.
Please note that if you change your destination in the App by yourself and/or you add additional stops to your trip in the App then you will receive a new fare estimate taking into account the new factors that you indicated. This new fare estimate will take into account all circumstances that are applicable at the time of your change request.
In accordance with the applicable laws, you are responsible and liable for any damage, extra cost that may be incurred on the side or your driver due to your behavior. Any damage you cause to your driver during the trip will be charged to you. These are including but not limited to:
- Cleaning fee might be charged if due to Your behavior the cleaning of the vehicle becomes necessary:
- 40 PLN for small messes. The cleaning and receipt of purchased detergents is done by the driver (including vacuum at the gas station, etc.)
- 60 PLN for small messes, food/drink spills, bottles, dogs cleaning fees. The cleaning is done by a professional company.
- 100 PLN might be charged for medium stains from food or alcohol, extensive stains on vehicle exterior.
- 150 PLN might be charged in case of a bad food spill or alcohol spill (min. 50% of the couch); mess on the outside of the vehicle only.
- 250 PLN might be charged in case of more serious spills or spit/saliva on fabric and other hard-to-clean surfaces.
- 450 PLN might be charged in case of all incidents involving bodily fluids (like urine, blood, vomit. not saliva); messes that result in cleaning between the window and door.
- Parking fees might be charged if due to Your behavior or instructions the drivers shall wait in a zone where parking fees apply.
- Return item fee of 40 PLN might apply if the driver brings back the lost item to a location that is agreed with You.
- Road Tolls will be charged if the route to Your estimation is subject to road/tunnel/bridge tolls.
