TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the discount on 10 trips paid by Mastercard card in Poland.

1. Definitions

1.1The following words and phrases have the meanings shown next to them:

1.1.1“Mastercard” means Mastercard Europe SA of 198a, Chaussée de Tervuren, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium, through its Representative Office in Poland.

1.1.2“Uber” means Uber BV of Mr. Treublaan 7, 1097 DP Amsterdam, Netherlands and/or the Uber applications, websites, content, products, and services enabling access to request transportation and/or logistics services with independent third party providers of such services

1.1.3“You” means the holder of an eligible Mastercard card issued in Poland.

1.1.4 Please refer to the offer terms set out below for the eligibility requirements applicable to the offer.

1.1.5.“Rides” mean journeys booked using the Uber app in cities where Uber is present: Warsaw, Poznan, Krakow, Trojmiasto, Wroclaw, Silesia, Lodz (excluding journeys that are booked using a Family or a Business profile).

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Only users who have received communication featuring discount on 10 trips in Poland are eligible for promotion. To redeem the promotion please make sure you have chosen Mastercard as default payment method in the app. Please follow the following steps:

3.1. The offers apply to use of the Uber app to book transport. They don’t apply to any other Uber product, and can’t be used in conjunction with any other Uber offer or promotion.

3.2 Offer gives you a discount to 10 rides in Warsaw, Poznan, Krakow, Trojmiasto, Wroclaw, Silesia, Lodz. The amount of the discount is communicated individually via email sendout.

Free rides must be within administrative borders of Warsaw, Poznan, Krakow, Trojmiasto, Wroclaw, Silesia, Lodz and are subject to the availability of Uber driver-partners.

3.3 The maximum value of the discount is communicated individually via email. The discount will apply automatically, as long as Mastercard is set as the payment method for the trip. You won’t have to do anything more to claim your free ride – the credit will apply automatically.

3.4 Free rides are subject to the maximum value set out in the relevant offer terms. If you qualify for a free ride but your ride exceeds the maximum value, the excess will be charged to your eligible card. If your ride is less than the maximum value, you won’t be able to carry over any unused value towards your next ride.

3.5 Discount will apply only to 10 trips. Next rides will be charged to your eligible card according to the trip cost.

3.6 Free rides can’t be sold or transferred, or otherwise redeemed for cash.

3.7 The offer is valid until 15 July 2019, 22:55 pm.

4. Getting in touch:

4.1 If you have questions relating to the promocode use, Uber, or your use of the Uber service or app, please contact Uber’s customer services via in-app support in the Uber app or at https:/help.uber.com/.

4.2 If you think you’ve been charged incorrectly when you were eligible for a free ride, please get in touch with Uber. Uber is solely responsible for Uber products and services, and Mastercard doesn’t provide any advice, confirmation or warranty in relation to them. Uber’s own terms apply to your use of the Uber app.

4.3 Should any controversy or claim arise in respect to the eligibility of the cardholder to the offers referred to herein,, Mastercard shall consider the merits of any such controversy or claim, and address those in due course.
