Uber Unlock FAQ

Uber Unlock is an initiative dedicated to active Uber riders, providing them with bonuses for the taken rides.

Uber Unlock is available for users actively riding with Uber in Poland. Users invited to participate will receive an email with a welcoming bonus, as well as the information on how to redeem it and how to maximize the chances to get another one.

Uber Unlock is an initiative through which we want to thank our most active users for their engagement, so if your friends actively use Uber, they will for sure be invited to join. If your friends just started using Uber recently, we encourage them to keep riding and to follow our social media in the upcoming months.

Uber Unlock fun will last until January 31, 2020. 

Uber Unlock offers a variety of bonuses to satisfy everyone. For example:

• 20% discount for any ride, valid for two weeks from the date of activation, latest activation date 14.11.2019
• free Uber Eats delivery, valid for two weeks from the date of activation, latest activation date 31.01.2020
• 15% discount for 5  rides, valid for six weeks from the date of activation, latest activation date 31.01.2020
• voucher for the amount of 20 PLN for CHILI, both site (https://pl.chili.com/) and application, for any film from Special Selection category; can be activated until 31.03.2020, valid 28 days after activation
• voucher for Audioteka for free audiobook, valid until 31.03.2020
• voucher for the amount of 50 PLN for empik.com, valid until 10.04.2020

Each of the bonuses is given for a certain amount of rides:

• Free Uber Eats delivery - 7 rides taken with no promotions or discounts
• 15% discount for 5 rides - 8 rides taken with no promotions or discounts
• voucher for the amount of 20 PLN for CHILI - 14 rides taken with no promotions or discounts
• voucher for any audiobook from Audioteka - 11 rides taken with no promotions or discounts
• voucher for the amount of 50 PLN for empik.com - 36 rides taken with no promotions or discounts

Rider cannot be given more than one bonus for the same set of rides. Riders will be progressively granted bonuses for their rides, eg. rider that took 7 rides and was given a free Uber Eats, needs to take 8 new rides to get 5x15% discount.

The bonuses are given automatically. Each time the users decide for themselves whether they want to redeem them or not. The users will be progressively given bonuses and a certain number of rides needs to be taken in order to receive another bonus.

All users will receive emails about the bonuses they were given.

The bonuses for Uber Unlock were carefully and selectively chosen, basing on their attractiveness, so we hope that every user can find something suitable. An exchange of bonus for a different one or cash equivalent is not possible.
