A new addition to our suite of ride options is now live – Uber by Women. 

What is Uber by Women?

Uber by Women is our latest offering in Warsaw, Kraków, Lublin, Poznań, and Wrocław providing women riders with the option to order a ride with women drivers. Our new service aligns with the cost of UberX, ensuring that the power of choice does not come with an extra price tag.

Why Uber by Women?

By offering a women-to-women ride service, we aim to provide an additional layer of comfort for women riders, ensuring they feel safe and supported at every step of their journey.

Simultaneously, this initiative stands as a testament to our commitment to empower women. By creating more opportunities for women drivers in Uber by Women is our latest offering in Warsaw, Kraków, Lublin, Poznań, and Wrocław we’re not only fostering a platform for economic independence but also championing the cause of gender equity.

Who can ride with Uber by Women?

Uber by Women is visible to all riders but is exclusively available for women riders. We value inclusivity and appreciate the diverse needs of customers. However, please note that Uber by Women is strictly not available for solo traveling children or for men. Even when accompanying women passengers, men will not be eligible to ride under this service. 

If at any given time the woman driver chooses to complete rides with only women passengers, she has the right to refuse if there is another person waiting at the pick-up location – in that case the trip will be canceled.

The product is available within the Warsaw, Kraków, Lublin, Poznań, and Wrocław municipal boundaries. 

How can you order an Uber by Women ride?

Getting started is as simple as ever. Once you enter your destination, you’ll find Uber by Women listed alongside your familiar ride options. Just select it, and you’ll be paired with one of the dedicated women drivers in Warsaw, Kraków, Lublin, Poznań, and Wrocław.

We are excited to introduce Uber by Women to our community in Warsaw and Krakow. By doing so, we hope to address some of the unique challenges faced by women while fostering an environment of support, sisterhood, and empowerment. We believe in the strength of women and are proud to provide a platform that both celebrates and uplifts them.
