About the role
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations processes as well as providing support (in person, mail, phone) to key Fleet Partners on the market. Fleet Partner is a company providing transportation services, that employs drivers and has vehicles, which cooperate with the Uber platform.
You will work closely with the Operations team and Country Manager – growing the supply on the market and joining strategic initiatives which have a direct impact on the business.
What you’ll do
- Provide support (in person, mail, phone) to key Fleet Partners in Poland
- Build and manage long term relationships with the key Fleet Partners
- Tackle or escalate complex operational issues for timely resolution
- Oversee weekly processes related to Uber operations in Poland
- Contribute to new products and features launches
- Join strategic initiatives aimed at growing the business
Candidate profile:
- Polish and English language proficiency
- 1-2 years of experience, ideally in Operations or Account Manager role
- Proactiveness and can-do attitude
- Ability to work with gSheet / Excel
