
5 UBER PARKING SPACES AT THE GDAŃSK GŁÓWNY RAILWAY STATION
- The tenant of the area consisting of 5 parking spaces marked with black paint and the white “Uber” logo next to the building of the Gdańsk Główny Railway Station (“Parking“) is Uber Polska sp. z o.o. (“Uber”).
- The Parking lot can only be used by drivers providing taxi services cooperating with the Uber application who are currently: (i) waiting to pick up a passenger from the Gdańsk Główny Railway Station building or; (ii) drop off the passenger at the building of the Gdańsk Główny Railway Station. Parking in the Parking lot for purposes other than those indicated above is not permitted.
- The maximum parking time in the parking lot is 7 (seven) minutes. Parking in the parking lot longer than specified above is not allowed. If any user exceeds the maximum parking time in the parking lot, he or she may be required to pay a fee for using the parking lot in the amount of PLN 500.
- Persons authorized by Uber to manage the Parking lot have all authorizations from Uber to direct traffic and manage parking in the Parking lot (including to request to leave the Parking lot or, if necessary, call appropriate services to protect the possession of the Uber Parking lot).
- Failure by the user to comply with the rules of using this Parking lot will result in the vehicle being towed to a place selected by Uber, in accordance with legal regulations and with the assistance of appropriate services (Police, City Guard), if required. The vehicle will be towed at the user’s expense and risk.
- Uber hereby reserves the right to take separate, appropriate steps in relation to drivers providing taxi passenger transport services cooperating with the Uber application who do not comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
- If any action is taken to violate these Regulations or the possession of the Parking lot, Uber will take all necessary steps permitted by law to protect the possession of the Parking lot and enforce the rules of its use described in these Regulations.
Insubordination may result in the consequences specified in the regulations. Table of Offenses:
