About the Role
You’ll be working closely with our regional marketing team as well as operations team on the ground to close, execute and localize partnerships for the Polish market, as well as write content for rider-facing marketing communications across Uber Poland’s digital channels, including email, blog, in-app and social media. You should be a strong communicator and no stranger to data, since everything we do here at Uber is data-driven and you’ll have to make sense of the data available to take informed decisions. The Marketing Coordinator position is full-time and based in Warsaw!
Responsibilities
- Marketing campaigns – execute or localize marketing campaigns
- Copywriting – develop email, blog, in-app and social copy while upholding Uber’s unique brand voice and editorial guidelines
- Visuals – follow the guidelines of the brand team to design creatives for Uber’s marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Partnerships – close and execute partnerships that drive Uber’s value proposition
- Analysis – make sense of the data to make informed decisions
- Reporting – understand the data available and draft clear and concise reports to showcase the results of our marketing initiative
You are:
- An exceptional communicator, both verbal and in writing. You are comfortable giving a 30-seconds Uber elevator pitch to a stranger, you craft clear and concise presentations and stories that get your message across, you are able to communicate to different types of audience and adapt your message
- Born to network and negotiate. If there’s a major event in town, you know about it and know how to get an invitation and build your contact list. You’re a people person with persuasive communication skills and you have what it takes to interact with people and win over strangers.
- A multi-tasker. You are great at multi-tasking and executing simultaneous projects and activities. You can prioritize high impact activities to keep projects moving forward. You’ve proven your ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change, while being organized
- A self-starter. You are not afraid to take initiative and act on the marketing opportunities you see. From cold-calling a festival or event to executing complex marketing campaigns, you are always able to go the extra mile to make things happen
- A doer. You are naturally curious. You love learning how things work and gaining in-depth understanding of what you do
Background:
- 1+ years of relevant experience (volunteering counts as well)
- You hold a Bachelor Degree or higher (Marketing, Business Economics is preferred, but not required)
- You have the ability to deliver exceptional copy / content at high volumes under tight timelines
- You have intermediate design skills (the ability to edit and modify creatives as required)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
