About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join the Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing user experiences, conducting market research, and optimizing communication strategies. You will analyze rider funnel data and user experiences to identify areas for improvement, propose changes to early lifecycle education, and ensure the highest quality UX for our users. You will also engage in market research, tracking trends, and analyzing social media sentiment to provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will support communication efforts through campaign creation, product launches, and regulatory updates. Your role will also include creating and maintaining rider promotions and conducting competitive market analysis.
CEE is a fast-developing region, including 9 countries (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine and Hungary) and over a hundred cities.
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in internships or junior roles, preferably in operations, research, or a similar capacity.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a critical approach to challenges.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of any other CEE languages is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from one of our offices in Warsaw, Krakow, Bucharest, Zagreb, or Prague (in-office 50% of the time, including Tuesdays and Thursdays).
