1. These Terms and Conditions (in conjunction with the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and Interest Free Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions) apply to Two Degrees Mobile Limited’s (2degrees) free 43” UHD TV (TV) with a Samsung Galaxy S10+ 128GB (Eligible Handset) (Promotion).

2. To be eligible for the Promotion: 

a. you must be a new 2degrees Pay Monthly customer; 

b. you must have an active Driver Partner account with Uber in New Zealand; and 

c. you must have purchased an Eligible Handset Interest Free on a $40 or above Pay
Monthly plan during the period 12:00am 11 March 2020 and 11:59pm 29 March 2020
from 2degrees telesales. 

3. A $300 early termination fee will apply if you downgrade to a Pay Monthly Plan below $40 or leave 2degrees within 6 months of the date you redeem your TV.

4. The TV’s are only available while stock lasts. There are 100 TV’s to be given away as part of this Promotion. 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or replace the TV’s with another gift of comparable value.

5. This Promotion is not available to the following customers: Pool Plan; Business Choice (Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large) and Connect, and Business Choice Share.  

6. Only one TV per customer.

7. The Promotion is only available to individuals who are NZ residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of the Promoter are not eligible.

8. To redeem the TV, you need to enter your details into the redemption mechanism at www.2dredeem.co.nz by 5.00pm (New Zealand local time) on 12/04/20. You may need to wait up to 24 hours from the time/date on which you signed up as a 2Degrees customer to redeem. Delivery requires a valid street address (no PO Box addresses) and may take up to 28 days. 2degrees takes no responsibility for lost, late or incorrect redemption attempts.

9. If you return your phone under the 2degrees Change of Mind Policy and your TV has been delivered to you, you must also return your TV unopened in its original packaging at your cost.

10. The TV is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. You cannot return your TV under the 2degrees Change of Mind Policy.

11. The Promoter decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, change, or terminate this promotion at any time, subject to any  written directions from a regulatory authority.

12. If the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, subject to any written directions from a regulator authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate .

13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment function (whether or not  under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c)  lost, late, altered, damaged, incorrect or misdirected redemption attempts (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in bonuz value to that is stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the TV. 

14. 2degrees’ Privacy Policy applies to all information collected relating to this Promotion.

15. By participating in this Promotion you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions as well as our Pay Monthly and Interest Free terms and conditions.
