In order to receive an alcohol or tobacco delivery, if it is being delivered by an Uber Eats delivery person, you will be required to:

Please note that if the delivery person is unable to upload a scan of your approved evidence of age document, they will need to record your name, date of birth, the document type and expiration date of your evidence of age document into their Driver App.

Only the nominated recipient may receive the delivery. You are unable to authorise another person to accept an alcohol delivery on your behalf, this includes in the case of gifting. The delivery person will need to confirm that all of the above requirements are met using their Uber Driver App before they can hand over the alcohol to you.
