Get the most from your Uber partner app

You don’t have to keep a calendar of events yourself; the app reports it all for you. Receiving messages about busy events means you can respond promptly and therefore spend your time on the road more efficiently.

The app not only reports whether you’re near an area of high demand, but also if you happen to be in the middle of one. Look at the status bar at the bottom of the map screen and decide whether you want to stay nearby or drive somewhere else. If there are already plenty of partners in a busy area, for example during a conference, you could choose to pick up passengers in a less crowded neighbourhood.

Tip: You will automatically receive notifications about new app functions, festivals, events and sales opportunities. Once you have received a new message, a badge will appear on your profile photo. To read the message, just tap the badge.

Want to know how much money you’ve earned during your trip? Tap the app once to know exactly how much you have converted. This is useful if, for example, you have a weekly or daily turnover target. Tap your profile photo in the top right corner of the app and then choose Revenue from the top menu to view your ride turnover.
