1. What is Flex Pay?
Flex Pay allows you to request a transfer of your earnings on any business day, once a day.
2. How do I use Flex Pay?
You can click on the Wallet tab on your Driver App. You can then tap the ‘Cash out’ button and confirm cash out to transfer your earnings to your bank account. Cash outs prior to 2pm on business days should arrive within the same business day. Cash outs requested on weekends will arrive on the next business day.
3. Why can’t I cash out my earnings?
There may be a few reasons why you’re unable to cash out, , some of these could be
- You are attempting to cash out more than your earnings
- Your payment provider is still processing a previous cash out
- Your bank account or mobile wallet account is under review and FlexPay has been temporarily disabled*
- You have not provided correct account details for example errors in account number
4. What can I cash out?
You will be able to cash out the earnings that are currently in your account at the time of selecting the cash out option.
You will be able to cash out once a day.
Your cash out must be greater than 210 NGN and must not exceed the weekly cash out limit of 30,000 NGN.
5. Is there a fee to use instant pay?
Yes, 100 NGN is the standard fee for cashout. There is still the option of a no fee cash out, where earnings are transferred to you once a week, as per the usual payment cycle.
6. Can I request a cash out whenever I want?
The frequency with which you can request a cash out depends on your earnings and the processing time of your bank. Any earnings which you did not cash out from the previous week will be deposited to your bank account as usual for no charge.
7. When can I cash out?
Subject to your earnings balance meeting the minimum transfer amount* and your bank’s processing time, you can cash out once a day to your bank account.
8. How much can I cash out?
You will only be able to cash out all trip earnings (and not part) of your earnings.
9. Why has Flex Pay been disabled on my account?
There may be a few reasons why Flex Pay is not enabled for your account, some of these could be
- Your account is under review and Flex Pay has been temporarily disabled
- You do not have an ‘Active’ driver account
