If you’re viewing this page right now, good news: you have been selected to receive your payment daily! That means, you’ll receive the fares you’ve earned today in your bank account by the end of tomorrow.
- What time do I get paid? / What is the start and end time for daily payments? For trips done from 4 am on the day before, to 3:59 am on the day of, you will be paid by 11 pm on the same day.
- If a trip started before the end time of 3:59 am and ended after the end time of 3:59 am, would the fare be included in the daily payment for the day or the following day? The trip must be requested before 3:59 am to be included in that day’s daily payment cycle. Any trip requested after 4 am will be included in the next day’s payment cycle.
- Will all my trips be included in daily payments? / Why didn’t I get paid for the high-fare trips? Some trip payments may require approval before payment is disbursed. Once approved, fares will be paid according to the normal weekly payment schedule. Example: If you completed a long distance trip with a fare of RM150, this would be reviewed on a weekly basis before appearing on your weekly payment statement on Monday.
- Will my incentives be included in daily payments? Yes, incentives are included in your daily payout.
- If there are extra funds to be transferred to my account for payments made yesterday (i.e. Fare Review, Incentive Dispute, etc.), when can I expect to see the outstanding paid to me? For any outstanding payment, expect to receive them as usual by Friday of the following week.
- Will I see a daily payment view in the Driver App and also receive daily emails of my payment statements? Yes, you can see your payment in-app as well as via daily emails.
- Why am I not included in this program? This is a test run with a small group of driver-partners. Depending on the outcome, we may extend it to all partners in the near future. Stay tuned!
- How can I be included in this program? As this is a test run with a small group of driver-partners, there is no opt-in process.
- How can I remove myself from this program if I don’t want to be a part of it? You can contact us via phone support or in-app and you will receive weekly payments, as usual, the following week.

IN-APP SUPPORT – Opt out of this program by submitting an in-app ticket via your Driver app. Just go to Account > Help > Account and Payment > Getting Paid > I have a different payment issue. Then submit ‘Daily Payment Opt Out’ and you’ll no longer be part of this program.
- What bank do I have to use to be eligible? Your current bank you have been receiving weekly payment from Uber will work just fine.
- Can it be added to a credit card instead? For payouts, we specifically require a bank account to transfer funds.
- Why didn’t I receive a payment yesterday? If you did not receive a payment, it means that most of your trips were in cash and you received your payment directly from riders.
