Boost+ is a promotion that gives you the opportunity to earn extra when you complete trips within a certain geo. In the past, you earned the Boost+ promotion amount for each trip completed during a Boost+ promotion period. Now, Boost+ will be earned based on active time, which is the estimated time from trip acceptance to completion.
Boost+ based on active time
With active-time Boost+, your active time for each completed trip counts proportionally towards your Boost+ amount. For example, if a trip has an estimated active time of 30-minutes from the time you accept until dropoff, and it starts in a $10 per active hour Boost+ zone, there would be a $5 Boost+ payout.
Start Boost+ trips in the zone
Boost+ zones can be seen at sign up. The amount shown in the zone reflects how much could be earned in a zone over a one-hour period of active time (which is referred to as “active hour”).

For each offer, the active-time Boost+ promotion amount can be seen on the offer card.
You can also view your Boost+ amount on your trip receipt.
How to sign up for Boost+
Open the Opportunities section of the Driver app. If eligible, you’ll see Boost+ promotions. Tap to see the details.
If you decide to participate, tap the Boost+ hour you want to sign up for.
If you don’t sign up before the promotion period starts, you won’t be eligible to participate.
