Meet Roger Moukarzel
The avid photographer has captured his fair share of tales behind his lens. In the early 80s, he started as a war photographer, having his work published in major publications such as the Washington Post and Newsweek, to name a few. His work of his beloved city was bittersweet, as it was war-torn Beirut; capturing the impact of the conflict in the city he grew and lived in.
His work would set the stage for his art and career to flourish. Today, his passion carries on behind the lens with the creation of his production house – Minime. Today, Mourkarzel celebrates the power of the picture in all shapes and forms from conflict to comfort. Much as a writer uses their pen to tell their stories, Roger will continue to do the same with his camera.
