Your driver-partner will be super easy to identify upon arrival. When you request an Uber ride, you’ll always be given the first name of your driver-partner, their photo, the vehicle, and its license plate number. They’ll have your first name too so the start of your ride home will go off without a hitch.

During the trip

It isn’t just about making sure your plans are in order – ensuring that you’re comfortable on the trip itself is, of course, a huge factor in a safe journey. Simple things like hopping in the backseat to give yourself a little extra space can make the trip all the more relaxing. After the trip

You’re still able to get in touch with your driver-partner, should you need to, even after your trip has ended. This is useful if you feel as though you may have left an item in the vehicle. You’ll have 10 minutes after your ride has ended to contact your driver directly, otherwise, you can still get in touch with our Customer Support team directly through in-app help.
