Eid Al Fitr is a time of giving and celebration to be shared among friends, families, and communities. We want to make the end of Ramadan and the start of Eid even more special by delivering new toys to disadvantaged children in Amman.
Take a moment while running your weekend errands to make a difference in a child’s life by purchasing a toy to donate to UberGIVE. We’ve partnered up with SOS Children’s Village Jordan and will be delivering donated toys as gifts for Eid al Fitr.
HOW IT WORKS
- Open the Uber app July 2 between 12pm – 4pm
- Request the “UberGIVE” option via the app for FREE
- An Uber will head to collect your new toy donation
- Keep in mind, UberGIVE cars will be in high-demand, so please be patient
WHAT KIND OF TOYS?
- New and unwrapped toys, so the SOS Children’s Village team can sort them for boys and girls
- Non-violent toys
- For sanitary and health purposes, we won’t be able to accept any food or stuffed animals
