Cancelling After 5 Minutes
To be fare to the driver partner, if you cancel 5 minutes after booking, your account incurs a cancellation fee. This is added as an arrear on the next trip. To avoid confusion, always pay what you see on your driver partner’s app.
Partial Payment After Completing The Ride
If you partially pay for your ride after completion or do not pay previously incurred cancellation charges, your account will run into arrears. Tender cash as per the final fare reflected on the driver’s app.
Low Wallet Balance
If your PayTm or other digital wallet is has lower balance lower than the actual fare for the trip, your amount will run into arrears for the remaining amount. You can clear your arrears anytime you like. Here’s how.
