This Father’s Day, we invited three #UberDADS and their kids over to have a little chat. We wanted to know what our little friends had to say about their dads’ mission to keep Guwahati moving. Here’s what they had to share:
Md. Ahshan Ullah and family
A. “Papa always gets me everything I want; he is my Superman! Also, I love going to the Science Museum and he takes me there every month!” – Arshad, 12
“I can now manage to get some sleep! Life has changed for the better… I have savings after paying off all the loans. I have insurance for both my sons. I’ve sent my elder son to study in Bangalore. I am also planning to buy two more cars. All this has happened only because of Uber!” – Md. Ahsan Ullah, Partner Driver.

A. “Papa got me a barbie doll when I stood first in class last year!” – Himashri, 10
A. “There was water logging near our house and I had to walk to school, Papa took out his car and drove me to school. He is my hero!” – Karishma, 6
During our chat, they even shared a little secret that they were planning to take Papa to Shradhanjali Park on Father’s day, since he loves going there!
“With my previous job as a local taxi driver, I was not able to look after all my family’s needs. Now, I’m earning double and I’m able to provide for my children and wife sufficiently. I’m able to send my daughters for tuition classes, get them toys and I’ll soon get them admitted to English-medium schools. Uber has come as a blessing… Thank you Uber!” – Tarun Boro, Partner-driver

“I now get to spend more time with my children, what more could a dad ask for? Not only do I drop them to school everyday, I make sure I have dinner with them and spend quality time together ” – Nobo Deka, Partner-driver
It takes a lot of determination, courage and hard-work to be an #UberDAD… This Father’s Day we take our hats off to all the UberDADS out there!
