- Open the Rider app: Ensure you’ve updated to the latest version. Navigate to the Metro Tickets icon on the screen or in Services
- Select your station: Choose your starting point/destination stations from the dropdown and select the number of passengers
- Confirm details: Verify the fare and route before proceeding
- Payment: You can make quick and easy payments via UPI
- Access your ticket: Your ticket will appear as a QR code in the app. Simply scan it at the metro gate to travel
