Do I need to enter a destination?
- You will need to enter the destination to get an estimate of the final fare. In case you change your destination later, you will be charged as per the per km fares.
What are the cancellation charges?
- You can cancel your car without any cost within 5 minutes of booking, post which you will be charged Rs 50 + taxes.
How do I pay for tolls & parking charges?
- Tolls and parking charges will not be calculated in your fare and need to be paid additionally where applicable.
Can I pay by Card/Paytm/UPI for my HIRE trips?
- Sorry. At present INTERCITY is a cash only product.
Can I schedule INTERCITY?
