1. Only Pay What You See
Before the trip: Your fares will be displayed upfront so you can know how much a ride is expected to cost before you take that ride.
After the trip: Only pay the amount displayed on your driver-partner’s app, which is net of all discounts, promos, tolls or arrears applicable on that ride. You will receive a detailed e-receipt on your registered email ID at the end of each trip.
2. Enter The Correct Destination
Your fares are calculated as per the destination you have entered before booking your ride. Please make sure you enter the correct destination to ensure the fare doesn’t change. Your fare may change if you
- get dropped off far from the destination entered
- change your destination mid-way
- ask your driver to take a different route than the one entered
Only pay your driver-partner the amount displayed on their app at the end of the ride.
3. Go Digital
Do away with the hassle of paying in cash and handling change after every ride. Switch to Paytm or pay via a Credit or a Debit card to enjoy a truly seamless Uber experience.
