Uber Comfort and Uber XL – two new services with higher class or spacious vehicles

As of today, we are introducing two new services in Zagreb – Comfort, and XL, that enable riders to choose a higher class or more spacious vehicles. As part of the new Comfort service, users in Zagreb will be the first in Europe to have a Rider preference feature, which means that they will be able to use their Uber app to express whether they want a quiet ride or remark their ideal temperature of the vehicle before even starting a trip.

Whether you are heading to the airport, for a meeting or out with your friends, you may always choose to ride with even more comfort and quality. That’s why we introduced two new services in Zagreb – Uber Comfort and Uber XL.

If you need more leg space, want to ride with experienced drivers in higher-class vehicles, Uber Comfort is the right service for you. On the other hand, if you need or want to ride in more spacious vehicles that can carry up to 6 people in one single ride, now you can do that by choosing Uber XL.

How can you request an Uber Comfort or Uber XL ride?

To make your ride with Uber Comfort even more comfortable, as of today, you can select your riding preferences. You will be able to choose if you want the temperature in the car to be cold, cool, warm or hot, but also to choose whether you want to chat with a driver or not. The driver will be able to see your specific wishes after accepting your request and may be able to fulfill them.
