Uber Officially Launches in Hong Kong!!

Few cities encapsulate the spirit of Uber like Hong Kong. Hong Kong is a thoroughly global city but filled with local touches everywhere you turn. Hong Kong is fast-paced and efficient but just a 20-minute Uber ride from countryside and beaches. Hong Kong is a hub for all things Asia and wants the future now. We think we have found our perfect match.

While the city is full of transportation options (where else can you take an escalator, ferry, and mini-bus in the scope of 20 minutes?), we have already seen all sorts of ways that Uber is making life in Hong Kong more convenient, comfortable and safe.

Businesspeople don’t need their own car-and-driver but can Uber to work every morning with their laptop and WiFi. The chaos of rush hour can become a relaxing, reliable commute. A dinner at a Private Kitchen has an elegant ride to match the elegant meal. Families can ride together on day trips to Sai Kung.  This is the new reality Uber is bringing.
