UBERXKOLOR – Uber App 新用户首程 Uber Taxi 往返龍灣國際展貿中心半價優惠：

每名新登記和首次使用 Uber App 的用戶首次乘搭Uber Taxi 行程可獲得乙次行程 5 折優惠（「優惠」）。該趟行程最高折扣金額為 HK$70。超出之車資差額須由用戶自行負擔，不足 HK$70 優惠之餘額亦即時作廢。為免生疑問，新登記和首次使用 Uber App 的用戶為在推廣期前從未登記過 Uber 帳戶之人士。
優惠期由 2023 年 10 月 13 日起至 2023 年 10 月 16 日（「優惠期」）。
本優惠只適用於預訂 Uber Taxi 的行程。名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。
優惠碼只適用於優惠期內開始及結束之行程。
本優惠只適用於於優惠期內在九龍灣國際展貿中心開始或結束之行程。
從未使用 Uber 帳戶乘搭任何行程的新登記和首次使用 Uber App 的用戶方可兌換優惠碼。
優惠碼不可轉讓或不能兌換現金。
用戶需在預约首趟 Uber Taxi 行程前已成功把此推廣活動通訊內的指定優惠碼加入到 Uber 錢包。
每趟 Uber 行程只能使用一個優惠。如果你的帳戶有多於一個適用的優惠，系統會優先使用符合條款及細則，以及價值最高的優惠。
用戶於使用或兌換優惠碼時將受限於其他條款及細則，包括 Uber的條款和條件。
每位用戶只能擁有一個帳戶。如果 Uber 有合理理由懷疑用戶正在建立欺詐性帳戶及違反 Uber 的條款及細則及/或社群指引，Uber 可能會暫停你的帳戶，你亦會失去使用任何優惠的資格。
任何與行程相關的問題，都應透過 Uber 應用程式通報。
Uber 有權隨時修改本條款及細則、更改或終止優惠而毋須作出任何通知。有關任何優惠的爭議，Uber 保留最終決定權。
若本條款與英文版有歧異，詮釋以英文版為準。

UBERXKOLOR – Uber App new user 50% off first Uber Taxi trip to/from Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre:

Redemption of the Uber Taxi New User Promo Code (“Promo Code”) in the Uber App will entitle a new and first time user of the Uber App a 50% off for the first Uber Taxi trip (the maximum discount amount to be applied for each eligible trip is capped at HK$70). Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred. For the avoidance of doubt, a new and first time user of the Uber App means a person who has never signed up to an Uber account up to the Promotion Period.
The Promo Code is valid from 13 October 2023 to 16 October 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
The Promo Code is valid for Uber Taxi only, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Promo Code is only valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.
The Promo Code is only valid only when either the start location or end location of the trip is at the Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre.
A user can only redeem the Promo Code provided that the new and first time user has never taken any trip with his/her Uber account.
The Promo Code is non-transferable or cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Promo Code must have been added to the Uber wallet successfully before booking the trip.
Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If a user has entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
Other terms and conditions, including the Uber Terms of Use may apply to the user when he/she uses or redeems the Promo Code.
Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
Any and all questions related to the trip, shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Promo Code without prior notification to the user. In case of any disputes regarding the Promo Code, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
