Terms and Conditions:
- *The promotion period is from now until 06 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- *During the Promotion Period, each user who received this email directly from Uber will be able to enjoy a maximum discount of up to HK$50 on one (1) Uber Reserve trip (“Offer”). A promo code will be automatically applied to the Uber wallet within 24 hours after the email is sent by Uber. The balance amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. If actual discount is lower than HK$50, the unused balance will not be deferred.
- *This Offer is valid for Uber Reserve trip only. Each eligible rider may enjoy the Offer once only, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- *This Offer shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period and the dropoff location is the Hong Kong International Airport or designated border checkpoints**. This offer is not applicable for Airport / border checkpoints pickup trips.
- *Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- *Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to redeem any promo code.
- *Other relevant terms and conditions, including the General Terms of Use [https://www.uber.com/legal/en/document/?name=general-terms-of-use&country=hong-kong&lang=en], may also apply to this Offer.
- *Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- *Uber has the sole right to modify these T&C and vary or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding this promotion, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
- *Any discrepancy of the Chinese and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- ^ You can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
- ** Designated border checkpoints only include Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, Heung Yuen Wai, West Kowloon Express Rail Link, China Ferry Terminal, Macau Ferry Terminal and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. Other checkpoints at Lok Ma Chau, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line and Shenzhen Bay are applicable to Taxi dropoff trips only.
- #Book your ride ahead of time and get confirmation of your arranged trip on the Uber App. Uber doesn’t guarantee that a driver-partner will accept your ride request. Your ride is confirmed once you receive your driver-partner details. The driver-partner is recommended to arrive at the pickup location 5 minutes early and the fare includes a wait time. Arrival time is an estimate only; actual arrival may be affected by factors outside of Uber’s control, such as traffic conditions.
