Terms and Conditions: HK Commute Punchcard Campaign 2025

Terms and Conditions:

*The promotion period is from 8 September 2025 until 3 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

*A user who takes three Uber trips during 7–10am on weekdays between 8 September 2025 and 19 September 2025 (the “Qualifying Trips”) and completes such trips will receive the promo code of this Offer automatically.

*A user who has completed the Qualifying Trips will be able to enjoy 25% off ‌(capped at HK$35 off) on the next trip taken during the Promotion Period (the “Offer”). The balance amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.  

* For additional Terms and Conditions on Meter Taxi promotions, please refer to help centre. 

* Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. You can decide whether to redeem an Offer on the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.

* The Offer shall be valid only within Hong Kong and when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period.

* The Offer is only applicable to users who have the promo code‌ applied to their accounts, and who received this email directly from Uber, and is invalid if transferred, forwarded or screenshot. 

*Each eligible rider may enjoy the offer once, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

*Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to redeem any promo code.

*Other relevant terms and conditions may also apply, including the General Terms of Use.

*Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.

*Uber has the sole right to modify these T&C and vary or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding this promotion, Uber reserves the right of final decision.

*Any discrepancy of the Chinese and English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
