SIUC150 – 首程 提前預訂行程HK$150優惠條款及細則：
- 用戶必須於開始行程前輸入「SIUC150」優惠碼方能使用，名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。每位合資格用戶最多僅可享受 一次優惠。
- 優惠期由 2023 年 9 月 19 日起至 2023 年 9 月 30 日（「優惠期」）。
- 於優惠期內，新用戶使用提前預訂功能所乘搭的 Uber 提前預訂行程可獲得乙次行程 HK$150優惠。該趟行程最高折扣金額為 HK$150。超出之車資差額須由用戶自行負擔，不足 HK$150 優惠之餘額亦即時作廢。
- 本優惠只適用於使用提前預訂功能的行程。
- 本優惠只適用於於優惠期內在香港開始及結束之行程 。
- 每趟 Uber 行程只能使用一個優惠。如果你的帳戶有多於一個適用的優惠，系統會優先使用符合條款及細則，以及價值最高的優惠。
- 預估車資作一般參考用。當用戶在啟程後大幅變更行程或行車路線，或在行程中遇上嚴重交通阻塞，影響行車時間，預估車資將會因應實際情況作相應調整。
- 每位用戶只能擁有一個帳戶。如果Uber有合理理由懷疑用戶正在建立欺詐性帳戶及違反Uber的條款及細則及/或社群指引，Uber可能會暫停你的帳戶，你亦會失去使用任何優惠的資格。
- 優惠受其他相關條款及細則約束。
- 任何與行程相關的問題，都應透過 Uber 應用程式通報。
- Uber 有權隨時修改本條款及細則、更改或終止優惠而毋須作出任何通知。有關任何優惠的爭議，Uber 保留最終決定權。
- 若本條款與英文版有歧異，詮釋以英文版為準。
SIUC150 – HK$150 off the first Uber Reserve trips terms and conditions:
- Please input the promo code “SIUC150” (“Promo Code”) before starting the trip. The Offer is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer once.
- The promotion period is from 19 September 2023 until 30 September (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, new users will be able to enjoy a HK$150 discount on one (1) Uber Reserve trip. The maximum discount to be applied for an eligible trip is HK$150. The balance amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. If actual discount is lower than HK$150, the unused balance will be forfeited forthwith.
- This Offer is valid for Uber Reserve trip only. This Offer shall be valid when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period and the start or finish location is in Hong Kong.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- The estimated trip fare is for reference only. After your ride has started and subsequently you request to change the destination which significantly affects the travel distance or if there is heavy traffic jam which has substantially delayed the travel time, the estimated trip fare may be updated according to the actual situation.
- Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to redeem any promo code.
- Other relevant terms and conditions may also apply.
- Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- Uber has the sole right to modify these T&C and vary or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding this promotion, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
- Any discrepancy of the Chinese and English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.
