- Only one offer can be used for each Uber trip. If you have more than one offer available for use in the App, the valid offer with the highest value will be applied first.
- The Offer is valid for Uber trips in Hong Kong only, subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis.
- A user can only have one Uber App account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user’s account and/or user’s eligibility to access any Offer. - Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification to the user.
- If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
