優惠條款及細則：
- 推薦獎賞只適用於收到獎賞後 30 天內的香港境內行程。每趟行程最多可獲 HK$50 減免。所有獎賞均不可轉讓，不設退款，且不能兌換現金。超出之車資差額須由用戶自行負擔，優惠餘額會即時自動作廢。
- 每趟 Uber 行程只能使用一個優惠碼。如果你的帳戶有多於一個優惠碼，系統會優先使用符合條款及細則，適用於你的行程，而且優惠價值最高的優惠碼。
- 成功推薦是指 被推薦人/邀請對象成功成為 Uber App 新用戶並使用推薦人/邀請人之推薦連結或代碼完成首趟行程。
- 此推薦優惠活動僅適用於收到本通知之推薦人/邀請人及未曾擁有 Uber 帳戶的被推薦人/邀請對象新用戶。 每位用戶只能擁有一個帳戶。 如果我們有合理理由懷疑用戶正在建立欺詐性帳戶或違反我們的條款及細則及/或社群指引，我們可能會暫停你的帳戶，你亦會失去使用此優惠的資格，已發出之獎勵亦會失效。
- 本活動受 Uber 推薦計劃規則約束。有關任何優惠的爭議，Uber 保留最終決定權。
Terms and Conditions:
- Referral reward is valid only for trips completed in Hong Kong within 30 days from receipt of reward. The maximum discount to be applied is capped at HK$50 per trip. All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any excess amount charged for the trips shall be paid by the user. The remaining balance of the reward will be immediately forfeited after payment.
- Multiple promotions cannot be redeemed for a single trip. In the case multiple promotions are applied to your account, the promotion with the maximum discount value will be redeemed first.
- Successful referral refers to referees/invitees successfully registering as Uber App’s new user and completing a first trip using the referrer’s/inviter’s referral link or code.
- This referral promotion is only available to referrers/inviters who have received this promotion and to new users referees/invitees without an existing Uber account. Users may only have one account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts or violating our terms and conditions and/or community guidelines, we may suspend your account, and you will therefore not be eligible for this promotion and referral rewards already provided will also become invalid.
- Offer is subject to the Uber Referral Programme Rules. Uber reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes in relation to the offer.
