1. The offer of HK$100 off first Uber trip (“Offer”) is only applicable to a new user who has been invited and sent the referral code by the referrer and is not applicable to existing riders. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. The Offer is valid only for trips in Hong Kong from 6 January to 2 February 2023.

3. Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the App and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

4. This promotion is only available to new users without an existing Uber account. Users may only have one account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or community guidelines, we may suspend your account, and you will therefore not be eligible for this promotion.

5. Uber reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes in relation to the Offer.
