Terms and conditions：
- The offer for Uber rides (“Offer”) is only applicable to riders who received this email directly from Uber and are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, and will be invalid if forwarded or screenshot.
- The promotion of 20% discount on the final fare of the Uber trip (the “Offer”) is only valid from now until 25 February 2025, for a maximum of 1 Uber trip, limited to trips commenced during the period: 10 pm to 5am.

- Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. You can decide whether to redeem an Offer on the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.
- Only one offer can be used for each Uber trip. If you have more than one offer available for use in the App, the valid offer with the highest value will be applied first.
- The Offer is valid for Uber trips in Hong Kong only, subject to availability and on a first come first serve basis.
- A user can only have one Uber App account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user’s account and/or user’s eligibility to access any Offer. Other terms and conditions may apply.
- Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- Uber has the sole right to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification to the user.
- If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
- Uber reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
