KLUB 11 Member Privilege – Uber Taxi Promo Code Terms & Conditions

HK$100 off one (1) Uber Taxi trip (to or from 11 SKIES)
Terms & Conditions
- KLUB 11 Members can scan and obtain the Promo Code via ‘K11 HK’ App from 00:00 20th July 2024 to 23:59 31st August 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
- The Promo Code is valid from 00:00 20th July 2024 to 23:59 19th October 2024 (“Promo Code Validity Period”).
- Redemption of the Promo Code within Promo Code Validity Period in the Uber App will entitle the Uber App user up to HK$100 off for one (1) Uber Taxi trip (the maximum amount to be applied for each eligible trip is capped at HK$100). Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
- The Promo Code is applicable to the first trip booked via the Uber App undertaken by a new, first time user of the Uber App (who has never booked a trip with Uber anywhere in the world), and an existing user of the Uber App.
- The Promo Code shall be valid only when both the start and finish locations are in Hong Kong, and either the start or finish location of the trips is at 11 SKIES.
- The Promo Code shall be valid only when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promo Code Validity Period.
- The Promo Code is valid for Uber Taxi trips, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Promo Code is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Promo Code is only applicable to an Uber App user who has received the Promo Code directly from Uber, the Company or an affiliate of the Company and is non-transferable.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber Taxi trip. If an Uber App user has entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for the trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- Users may only have one Uber App account. If Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating these terms and conditions and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and the user account will therefore not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
- Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- Uber has the sole right to modify the Promo Codes without prior notification to the Uber App user. In case of any disputes regarding the Promo Codes, Uber reserves the right of final decision.
