The maximum fare reduction offered under this promotion for a first time Uber Taxi trip is HK$100 (the “Offer”). This Offer is applicable to a first trip on Uber Taxi undertaken by a new, first time user of the Uber app who has never signed up to any Uber accounts. The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable or cannot be redeemed for cash. The Offer is valid from now to 31st December 2023 (“Promotion Period”). The promo code shall be valid for a Uber Taxi trip only when both the start location and the end location are within Hong Kong, and when both the start time and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period. Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the App and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first. The maximum Offer is HK$100 only. Any excess amount charged for the Uber Taxi trip shall be paid by the user. If the fare amount of the first Uber Taxi trip is less than HK$100, the remaining balance will be immediately forfeited after payment. Users may only have one account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our terms and conditions and/or community guidelines, we may suspend your account, and you will therefore not be eligible for this promotion. Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to this Offer. Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App. If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
