本通知說明 HKTaxi App Limited (“HKTaxi”) 如何與 Uber Technologies Inc. 及其關聯公司 (“Uber”) 分享你之前提供給 HKTaxi 的個人資料，以便你連結你的 HKTaxi 帳戶到 Uber（「帳戶連結」）。

HKTaxi 將與 Uber 分享以下個人資料：
- 駕駛執照副本
- 的士司機證副本
- 個人資料照片
- 香港身分證副本
- 車輛牌照副本
- 銀行帳戶資料
- HKTaxi 積分
- 司機帳戶及歷史行程資料
我們為何要分享你的個人資料？
上述個人資料將成為你 Uber 帳戶相關聯的資料，讓你能夠使用 Uber 相關服務並在 Uber 平台上開始接受行程訂單，及使 Uber 可向你提供獎勵及優惠。
Uber 將根據其私隱政策聲明處理從HKTaxi獲得的個人資料。

HKTaxi – Uber Data Sharing Notice
This notice describes how HKTaxi App Limited (“HKTaxi”) will share your personal data, which you had previously submitted to HKTaxi, with Uber Technologies Inc. and its affiliates (“Uber”) in order to link your HKTaxi and Uber accounts (“Account Linking”).
What personal data are we sharing?
HKTaxi will share the following personal data with Uber:
- Driver’s Licence copy
- Taxi Driver Identity Plate copy
- Profile Photo
- HKID copy
- Vehicle Licence copy
- Bank account details
- HKTaxi Driver Points
- Driver Account and Historical Trip Data
Why do we share your personal data?
The above personal data will be associated with your Uber account, enabling you to make use of Uber’s services and to start taking trip orders on the Uber platform, and for Uber to offer you incentives and promotions.
Uber will process the personal data received from HKTaxi in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
