New Users’ HK$100 off first Uber trip offer:
- To redeem the Offer, new users must input the promo code “HK100F25” (“Promo Code”) before booking the trip. The Offer is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Each eligible user will only be able to enjoy the Offer once during the Promotion Period.
- The promotion period is from now until 31 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- During the Promotion Period, new users will be able to enjoy a maximum discount of HK$100 on the first trip to and from the Hong Kong International Airport: (“Offer”). Any excess amount charged for the trip shall be paid by the Uber App user. Any shortfall amount will not be deferred.
- For additional Terms and Conditions on Meter Taxi promotions, please refer to help centre.
- Uber does not represent or purport to act on behalf of driver partners, and the application of the offer does not impact the total earning of driver partners who decide to accept a trip through the app. You can decide whether to redeem an Offer on the app. Actual discount will be reflected and applied upon trip completion on your email receipt.
- The Offer is applicable to a new user of the Uber App who has never signed up to any Uber accounts before.
- The Offer is not applicable to trips settled with cash payment.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Promo Code shall be valid only when both the start and finish time of the trip are within the Promotion Period and the users either travels to or from the Hong Kong International Airport.
- Only one promo code can be used for each Uber trip. If you have entered multiple promo codes into the Uber App and these are all applicable for your trip, the valid promo code with the highest value will be applied first.
- **The estimated trip price is for reference only. After your ride has started and subsequently you request to change the destination which significantly affects the travel distance or if there is heavy traffic jam which has substantially delayed the travel time, the estimated trip price may be updated according to the actual situation.
- # Book your ride ahead of time and get confirmation of your arranged trip on the Uber App. Uber doesn’t guarantee that a driver-partner will accept your ride request. Your ride is confirmed once you receive your driver-partner details.
- ^^ For Reserve trips, you can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
- Users can only have one Uber App account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating our General Terms of Use and/or the Uber Community Guidelines, Uber may suspend the user account, and you will therefore not be eligible for any offer.
- Other terms and conditions may apply. Uber reserves the right of final decision in relation to this Offer.
- Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to Uber via the Uber App.
- Uber has the sole right to modify these terms and conditions and to modify, cancel or terminate the Offer and the Promo Code at any time without prior notification to the Uber App user.
- If there is any discrepancy of the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
20% off two (2) trips to or from the Hong Kong International Airport:
