以下條款及細則只適用於由參與「Uber介紹乘客奬賞計劃」的司機夥伴所介紹的新用戶。

1. 最高 HK$120 首程優惠只適用於 Uber App 新用户的首程 Uber Taxi，有效期至 2021 年 6 月 30 日。 

2. 此優惠碼不能與其他優惠碼於 App 內同時使用。如果你的帳戶有多於一個優惠碼，系統會優先使用符合條款及細則，適用於你的行程，而且價值最高的優惠碼。

3. 首次使用 Uber Taxi 行程最高可享有 HK$120 優惠。如果首程 Uber Taxi 的行程車資少於 HK$120，餘下的優惠不能轉入其後的行程。

4. 此優惠只適用於首次使用 Uber Taxi 的用户，並僅限 Uber App 的新用户。

5. Uber 保留更改或取消此優惠及有關條款及細則之權利，如有任何更改，恕不作另行通知。有關任何優惠的爭議 ， Uber 保留最終決定權 。

The below Terms and Condition applies to new users referred by driver-partners participating “Uber Rider Referral Bonus Scheme”.

1. The offer of up to HK$120 reduction is only applicable to the first Uber Taxi trip undertaken by a first time user of the Uber app, valid until 30th June, 2021.

2. This promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes you have in your App. If you have multiple promo codes in your App which are applicable for the trip, the promo code with the highest value will be applied first.

3. The maximum reduction which can be applied during the first Uber Taxi trip is HK$120 only. If the fare amount of the first Uber Taxi trip undertaken by the first time user is less than HKD$120, the remaining reduction amount cannot be carried over to subsequent trips.

4. This offer is applicable to a first trip on Uber Taxi undertaken by a first time user of Uber app only.

5. This offer and the applicable terms and conditions are subject to change or cancellation without notice, at Uber’s sole discretion. Uber reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes in relation to the offer.
