- Cardholders should complete the following steps to be eligible to participate to this Promotion:

- For Reserve trips, Cardholders can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving driver details. If Cardholders have received their driver details and Cardholders cancel less than 60 minutes before the ride, Cardholders will be charged a cancellation fee.
- Each Cardholder can only have one Uber App account. If the Merchant has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Cardholder is creating fraudulent accounts and violating the Merchant’s Terms of Use (https://www.uber.com/legal/en/document/?name=general-terms-of-use&country=hong-kong&lang=en)^ and/or the Uber Community Guidelines (https://www.uber.com/legal/en/document/?name=general-community-guidelines&country=hong-kong&lang=en)^, the Merchant may suspend the user account, and the Cardholder will therefore not be eligible for any offer.

- Any and all questions related to the trip shall be reported to the Merchant via the Uber App.

If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Reward.
