What is Wellhub?
Wellhub is a holistic wellbeing platform that grants access to thousands of digital & in-person solutions to support all areas of your wellbeing: be it nutrition, mental wellbeing, sleep, productivity or physical activity. With just one flexible membership, you have access to:
Gyms & studios. Choose from over 2,000 venues in the UK alone. You can visit firm favourites like Nuffield Health, F45, Barry’s Bootcamp and pocket-friendly options such as Everyone Active, Anytime Fitness and Snap Fitness. You can also try new activities such as yoga, pilates, crossfit and many more.
Live online classes. You can join on-demand live-streamed content anytime, anywhere and however you want from fitness providers across the UK, including BuddyFit, LesMills+ and Apple Fitness+.
Health & Wellbeing Apps. Gain access to 30+ premium apps for mental wellbeing support, meditation, therapy, nutrition advice, recipe ideas, sleep tracking, financial health and so much more. A few examples include Headspace, Calm, MyFitnessPal, SleepCycle but the list goes on!
1-to-1 Personal Training. If you fancy a bespoke workout, you can also book an online session with one of our PT partners – everything from HIIT training to Pilates. They’ll ask you what you’re looking for, what you want to work on, and whether you’re a beginner or a pro to kick start your fitness journey.
Complete Flexibility. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time. Not to mention, you can even upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you like!
How much does it cost? As an Uber employee, you can choose between 7 paid plans. The higher the plan, the more partners you can access! Below you can find the exclusive Uber pricing for increasing access to the Wellhub network:
- Starter plan. Access 200+ available gyms plus 21 wellness apps for only £7.99 per month.
- Basic plan. Access 800+ available gyms plus 25 wellness apps for only £19.99 per month.
- Bronze plan. Access 1,200+ available gyms plus 28 wellness apps for only £35.99 per month.
- Silver plan. Access 1,600+ available gyms plus 30 wellness apps for only £49.99 per month.
- Gold plan. Access 1,800+ available gyms plus 30 wellness apps for only £89.99 per month.
- Platinum plan. Access 2,000+ available gyms plus 30 wellness apps for only £149.99 per month.
- Diamond plan. Access 2,000+ available gyms, 30 wellness apps plus unlimited access to ALL Premium Partners for only £199.99 per month.
Create an account for free using your Uber account details and discover what’s available. Then select the plan that best suits you and enter payment details to activate your plan. When you’ve created your account, download the app, and you’re ready to go.

- What exactly is Wellhub?

It is a monthly rolling contract that you can cancel at any time with no fees. - How does it work?
Create an account for free using your Uber account details and discover what’s available, and for what price. Then select the plan that best suits you and enter payment details to activate your plan.
When you’ve created your account, download the Wellhub app, and you’re ready to go.
- How do I log in?
Follow this link and enter your Uber login details to access your account - this is your email address and password. You will then be redirected to the Wellhub website where you can see which gyms and fitness activities are available.
Each time you log in you will need to enter your Uber details to access your account. - Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can make any changes to your plan on the Wellhub website under ‘Change or cancel plan'. If you wish to downgrade your plan, you can do this at any time but it will only apply for the next month. If you wish you upgrade your plan, you can do this at any time, and you will be charged immediately for the difference between the plans. You can cancel your plan at any time without charge
- How is payment made?
Payment is taken automatically each month from the credit or debit card of your choice. Payment is not taken by direct debit, so if you want to change your payment method you can do under the 'Financial' section in your account settings.
All monthly payments are automatic and are not based on usage, once you activate a plan payment will occur each month unless you cancel your plan.
- Does this come out of my earnings?
No, the payment will be taken separately from the credit or debit card of your choice.
- Will this appear on my payment statement?
No, it will appear on your bank statement or wherever other payments from your chosen credit or debit card are shown.
- Can I add my family members?
- Yes, once you have an active plan you can invite your family members to join Wellhub for the same exclusive prices by visiting ‘My Family’ in your account.
- Once you have an active membership you can invite up to 3 family members (partner/spouse and children) from your account.
- Family members are only eligible when you have an active membership, so if you cancel your plan then any family plans will also be canceled.
