What you told us
That it’s difficult to know when the five minute cancellation period has finished, which potentially leads to wasted time and missed trips.
So here’s what we’ve changed…
We’ve created a new feature in the app to help minimise the chance of you wasting your time. The new in-app hourglass timer will make it easier to manage the five minute cancellation period by clearly counting down the time.
Make sure you’ve got the newest version of the app downloaded and you’re good to go!
