Keeping ratings trustworthy on Uber Eats: Our Ratings Policy
25 September / United KingdomAt Uber Eats, we’re committed to building a trusted, transparent platform that works for both you and your customers. To help protect the integrity of our ratings system, we’ve introduced a Ratings Policy.
As part of this update, we require you to please review and comply with this policy moving forward.
Here are the key points of the new policy:
- Fake ratings are banned: We prohibit anyone from submitting a rating that is not based on their genuine experience. You cannot leave ratings for your own store, or ask friends, family or employees to do so.
- Incentivised ratings are banned: It’s against our policy to offer or accept any form of incentive (e.g. money, discounts or vouchers) or payment in exchange for a positive rating.
- Consequences for non-compliance: Uber may take action against those who violate this policy, including issuing warnings, account suspension and/or termination.
This policy helps ensure a level playing field and reinforces the reliability of ratings across the platform for the benefit of everyone.
We appreciate your continued partnership. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team.
