All of us at Uber are horrified by the devastating war that has been imposed on millions of innocent people in Ukraine following the invasion by Russia.

In recent days, Uber has stepped up to help with the growing humanitarian crisis on the ground. So far, we have offered free rides to people fleeing Ukraine at the Polish, Romanian and Czechia borders, helped transport food and essential goods, and raised over $3 million through in-app and direct donations to fund humanitarian aid for Ukraine.

In addition to these relief efforts, Uber’s global footprint gives us the opportunity to support job seekers from the impacted region. We have more than 200 open roles in 45+ countries across Europe and would be honored to help connect those looking for work with a role at Uber.
